I have installed the multi media software to transfer photos and tunes from my Mac to the Palm. However, when I drop the photo from iPhoto to the Palm software, it does not work, ie, I can't see the picture neither in the Palm or in the Palm software. However, when using the Palm software in a Windows PC, it works perfectly. What should I do to try to correct this? Reinstall software? How do I do it?

did you drop it on the "send to handheld" droplet?
I am having the same issue. I did drop the jpeg onto the "send to handheld" icon and it did confirm that it would go to the proper device (T|E), even tried sending to both the card and hardware. The pdf I tried to send was a no go also. BTW, what application do you use to view the documents once on the Palm? I am assuming Docs to Go?! Hope thats not my issue. Please help . . . us. Thanks.
DocstoGo won't read PDFs. You need to download Adobe Reader for Palm.
Good to know, thank you very much. Any tips on viewing jpeg's or any picture format? TIA.
The palm app "Photos" should come preinstalled on your Tungsten, or install it from the install disk. Other than that, there are several shareware apps that allow viewing of jpg on Palm.
The application "The MissingSync for Palm OS" allows the transfer of photos painlessly as well as data. I use it to sync all my Entourage data too.
