Sync your phone to your computer using I tunes. Go to the pictures tab and hi the option to delete photos from iphone. even easier
When you sync iphone to computer the aplication of Iphoto will open. You will be asked if you want to import and delete pictures. If you only import photos you will still have the pix on the phone. When you have more than 200 photos make a cd back up/
I love my iphone but have an issue myself I will be posting about.
Go into iphoto and then your phone will pop up (when its connected), and then click import to snyc them to your mac. Then they will show up in your mac
If you don't use iPhoto for photo storage and for importing photos from a digital camera, you can use the Image Capture application instead which is located in your Applications folder.
When your iPhone includes photos captured by the iPhone, it is also detected as a digital camera when connected to your computer so if iPhoto doesn't launch automatically when your iPhone is connected, launch it and you will be prompted to import the photos or launch the Image Capture application instead.
idk.... my phone was messed up a few days ago. i couldnt call out or anything. i clicked around until it would work but now it wont sync!!! and my apple is now working slowly!!
if your phone starts syncing in itunes, but just hangs up and sits there, try disconnecting the internet/ tuning off your airport. Force quit itunes and try to sync again.
no idea what happened but i just tried a different usb/ipod wire thing (?!) and it connected. at first i was using the stuff that came with the phone but then i tried then ones that came with the ipod which actually worked. weird...
but i finally got the pics on iphoto.
