Ringtone & Terms of Service

So I just got my iPhone about an hour ago (yea!!!) now I want to get a ringtone since preloaded tones always suck. I followed the directions given but once I click "Create Ringtone" I get a message that I need to accept the iTunes store Terms of Service, and it tells me that if i press "Ok" it will take me to the Terms of Service, but. . . no. Is there something I am missing or do I need to somehow find the terms of service on the store page?

Any help would be appreciated.

I have an iTunes account, have made tons of purchases over the years, done all the obvious. Know how to create a ringtone, it's just that iTunes wont let me. Even though it is purchased (ringtone compatible) music.

This is the error I get after clicking on bell to create ringtone :

In order to purchase ringtones, you must review and accept the iTunes Store Terms of Service. Click OK to goto TOS.

Click OK, takes me nowhere. Try it all over again. And begin the vicious circle again.
