Ringtone & Terms of Service

I'm having this problem too... It's driving me crazy. Go to create ringtone and it gives me the TOS dialogue box, says click OK, and does nothing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I had the same issue and got out of it by clicking on my account in the upper right hand corner of the window, signing in with my password, clicking on "view account" and then "done". After that I was able to subscribe to my new podcast. I don't know what part of my clicking around actually was necessary, but it worked for me.

Tried that multiple times to no resolve.

Then I don't know what to suggest. Maybe quitting iTunes or restarting the computer?

Using the latest iTunes 7.6, iPhone 1.1.3

Okay, you're trying to create a ringtone. Have you created an iTunes Account?

I have an iTunes account, have made tons of purchases over the years, done all the obvious. Know how to create a ringtone, it's just that iTunes wont let me. Even though it is purchased (ringtone compatible) music.

This is the error I get after clicking on bell to create ringtone :

In order to purchase ringtones, you must review and accept the iTunes Store Terms of Service. Click OK to goto TOS.

Click OK, takes me nowhere. Try it all over again. And begin the vicious circle again.

Same problem here. Have been using iTunes for 3+ years, activated new iPhone today and am using iTunes 7.5.0 on a Vista machine.

What's the point of having an iPhone without Color Me Badd ringtones?!?!

I can't figure that one out. I've created nearly 30 ringtones and have never had a problem doing it. Sorry. Just continue to try. Eventually it will get tired of you trying and just allow you access, hopefully. Good luck.

Yep... exact same thing happens to me. You get this brief glimmer of hope and then it's gone... Curses!!!!

Yeah, still having same issue. This blows. I guess it could be worse and I could have a phone that doesn't work.

I sure would like to make ringtones from music that I've paid for.
