Have you upgraded to the latest version of iTunes? If you are at 7.6 you should see a link labeled "Movies NEW" in the upper left portion of your screen. From there you are able to find a movie to rent and download. The prices are 2.99 or 3.99 for a rental.
Also, not all movies are available for rent, so you might only see the price to buy the movie. For instance, "Shooter" can only be purchased at this time.
Why can you only rent movies in America? What about the U.K, will this feature be coming to us? Its the only reason i bohtered with the update, or is there a way i can set up to buy/rent from the American iTunes?
I think Steve Jobs mentioned in his keynote that movie rentals is only available for the US as of today, but that they want it to go international as soon as possible. But he didn't give any dates.
does anyone wish Apple allowed >24 hours for a movie rental? i watch some one night and usually the rest the next night, i need like 36 hours and i would be happpy.
You always do that for movies...only watch half a film then rest next day....odd.
You can keep it for I believe 30 days....but once you watch it then it starts the 24 hour clock. 24 hours to watch an average 2hr movie. Sounds fine to me.
