Ringtone Duplication Bug

I searched and can't find anything on this. I don't have much time to look any longer so I'll post very fast:

I made many many ringtones in GarageBand and exported to Ringtones.
I then synced, and or (every way possible) added them all to my phone.
But when I go to view my ringtones on my phone, they're all the same file. Same name, same tune, same exact file.

I'm using Leopard 10.5.1, iTunes 7.6 and iPhone firmware 1.1.3.
I'm guessing this is a bug on the phone.

Any remedies?

tried to create ringtones the way you suggested...
but the names still duplicated...
my iphone just takes one of them and shows the same number of ringtones as i imported but all of them have chosen sound name and plays the same sound...

always closing current and creating new project in Garbage Band and create new one for every new ringtone as you wrote... are there any other rules?

I had the same exact issue, so THANK YOU from me as well

I am now able to successfully use two custom ringtones like i did before 1.1.3

any idea what caused this? and I haven't tried yet, but can I add more ringtones properly now or will the old problem re-surface?

should i have to revert to syncing instead of manually managing my music and videos in order to properly add the ringtones?

thanks again
