i tried everything i could think of i sucked on the headphone jack look to see for debris or anything suck and nothing i turned it on and off several times and still nothing so i was desperate i grabbed my blow dryer i set it on high and bam it worked i could hear everything hope this helps you an saves you money
sorry i'm late but you blow dry it the phone does get hot you try it if you can hear if not try it again on the cool setting of your blow dryer

Go to settings, sound and play with the volume line and it'll work.

Use a Q tip rip off most of the cotton and stick in the auxiliary port and clean it out works like a charm.
My phone has no headphones on it but I says that it does and I can't haer
And I pinch it up too high and now I can not hear
I was so scared I would need to go get my headphone jack replaced but then I tried this and it worked! Hahaha thank you so much!
had the same problem with my phone being stuck in headphone mode. Run a backup through iCloud. My music stated playing only a few minutes in to the backup.

I having a problem with my headphones can't noth
I recently use a hair dryer to blow my earphone hole,with my iphone turn off. And then, i sucked my earphone hole and guess what? it worked ! Thanks for your guys sugges
CONFIRMED! After snow got in to my iphones headphones jack I tried your suggestion.
I sucked at the jack and now I phone is no longer stuck in headphones mode! Funny but true!
I cannot believe that this worked - but it certainly did! Yay for basics!
