Firmwire 1.1.3 Problems

I just finished the long download for the new 1.1.3 firmwire. Right after this, my iPod shuts off. I turn it back on, and the connect to iTunes icon appears (like when you first turn it on...). I had to restore my iPod, and put all of my music back on... so i am just wondering if anyone has experience this, or knows why it happened.

I have had the same problem as well. Spent 4 hours going through every possible combination of restoring, resyncing, resetting. very frustrated.

i have 383 of my 407 songs, now it wont let me download any more. It says the disk space cannot be found, or the other error is that the disk cannot be written too. Help!

Well its ok now. I had to completely shut it off, and turn it back on. Now i have all of my music, videos, etc. back. And in iTunes, the bar that show disk usage now has almost 600mb in "other", a LOT more than before. But does anyone know why this happened??

When doing a firmware update-the iPod should turn itself back on.

it did, but when it turned on it went into recovery mode.
