# (Pound sign) with iPhone Safari?

I have (like, I assume, many iPhone users / owners) a .Mac account
I have a "Gallery" on .Mac and I want to access it from my iPhone.

However, on iPhone's Safari - when I go to type-in a URL the " # "
(pound-sign) is not in the character-set that iPhone has defined
for me to type-in a URL and the URL for my .Mac web-gallery is
http://gallery.mac.com/user_name#gallery

so what is a user to do (go to the Macintosh, make a "BookMark"
and save it - then sync the Macintosh with the iPhone? - UGH UGH?

me

G5, PB-G4, iMac-G3, Mac OS X (10.5.1)
