Talk to actualy Apple employees

I'm not sure if this is in the right section or whatever, and truthfully I don't care, but does anyone know a way to where I can talk to an actual employee? and I don't mean one of those stupid automated responses in E-mail, I mean a real person that will actually be able to help me with my problem

Thanks in advance

well see the problem is with the music I bought on Itunes store not working on my Ipod, and I doubt anyone at an Apple store would know how to fix this problem, therefore I have to do it via the internet. Well, all I ever get is an automated response. Also I find it quite annoying that they have a forum for people to talk to other customers, but not one to get help from actual employees. To me thats the most stupid idea of customer support ever.

Well, it's not called the "Genius Bar" or the "iPod Bar" for nothing. At every Apple store there are people trained in Cupertino on how to fix Macs, iPods, and iPhones. Their job title is "Genius" Literally thats their job.

The forums are a way for other people to try and troubleshoot problems if they don't want to wait on the phone for AppleCare or they can't get to an Apple Store.

I understand that you are frustrated, but try bringing in your computer and your iPod. Make a reservation at http://www.apple.com/retail

lol. Let's all haul our computers hundreds of miles to the nearest Apple store and hope that someone there can fix the problem. Sorry for the cynicism, but Apple customer service is the poorest of any company I have ever dealt with. I have the same problem as the above poster, my purchased songs from the iTunes store won't download to my Nano. The tech support department tells me that they can't help with this problem and to e-mail the iTunes store, and the e-mail response from the iTunes store is to contact tech support.
