International Keyboards in 1.1.3

Hi I'd like to know something, what international keyboards are there in firmware 1.1.3 ??

i've updated to 1.1.3 and hoped to have dutch support, but according to my list, there's no dutch international keyboard:

So that's only:
English
English (UK)
French
german
Italian

But, a guy in this thread says there IS ??

Can anybody please clear this up, as I don't know what the problem could be.
At first sight we're both running legitimate copy's of the 1.1.3 firmware.

As you can see in the picture, I have build 4A93, perhaps it's that ?
