Apple AU Validation Tool???? Where?

I'm trying to rescan my AU's since adding Ozone 3.14 and I can't find anything that will pull up an Apple AU Validation Tool, or even something that says "start audio unit manager scan".

When I first installed logic pro 8 it scanned my 3rd party plugs, but since then I've added and they don't show up in the Audio Units Manager "list".

How do you force Logic Pro 8 to re-scan your AU's. (not just open the previously scanned list)

HELP!!!

Thanks,
John

If your plugin is not a Universal Binary, then it won't be seen in Logic, because it is running natively on your Intel Mac.

If you know your plugin is a UB, but it's not showing, try trashing your audiounit cache file to Logic builds a new audiounit list

user/library/caches/com.apple.audiounits.cache

and

user*/library/caches/Logic/
