Revised Otterbox case TIP!

TIP o' the day ...

Ok, I just love the Otterbox Defender (black) case ... it's uber-protective (strong, secure, and quite sleek)!!! However, the "clear" membrane (and the inevitable oil spill-look and/or bubbles) eventually drove me crazy (and YES, I tried their palm swipe remedy) ... so, I popped out the "clear-ish" membrane/window (which only seemed to be glued on with some type of rubber cement) and replaced it with the anti-glare film sold in the Apple Store (on this site) and applied directly to the iPhone! I did the same replacement to the camera logo side of the phone! NOW, I'm truly thrilled with my case/film! The anti-glare film also eliminates finger prints, which is an added bonus, and is quite easy to apply without bubbles!!! YAY!

Just a tip!

This warranty does not apply to any products which have been neglected, ALTERED, abused, used for a purpose other than the one for which they were manufactured, repaired by customer or any party without Otter Products, LLC written authorization, or used in any manner inconsistent with Otter Products, LLC instructions.

Maybe you should read the warranty statement a little more closely.

Listen, Judge-y McShadenfreude ... who are YOU to be talking down to ME, correcting my intentions and/or what I have to say?!

You don't know me, you don't know what I've read, nor do you seem to realize that THIS is really no big deal to me ... I was trying to be helpful by sharing a tip!

Your bizarre attacks are just that ... bizarre! Why must people in here jump on EVERYTHING that new people have to say with such venomous attitude and judgement to prove us wrong!?

My warranty is void, cool! FINE, I WAS WRONG! I was merely going by the paperwork that I received with the item! So now you may continue to celebrate in your judgement. Party down!

I'm done!

"I wasn't talking down to in any way, shape or form."

Oh yeah?

"Maybe you should read the warranty statement a little more closely."

"Maybe you shouldn't post things if you don't know what you're talking about, as in this case. You couldn't think of anything else to say. Like I said, You're Warranty Is Void!"

... your words, NOT mine!

Shadenfreude:
