Unable to download ringtones.

You're lucky you've made it that far!

I've tried on three computers now and I can't get past a prompt which tells me:

"In order to purchase Ringtones, you must review and accept the iTunes Store Terms of Service. Click OK to go to the iTunes Store Terms of Service"

• Clicking OK does nothing
• I've been an iTunes member for years
• Logging into my iTunes account and viewing the Terms of Service only loads an .html webpage; I have no option to Accept anything (new or otherwise).

Lame...

I need the solace in knowing Apple is aware of the problem and is working on it. I feel like this forum exists in an un-moderated black hole of bugs and errors and nothing is ever resolved. I feel like posting here is meaningless. Ugh. Just give me my freakin' Ringtone so I can get the **** out of here...

I found a way to find the Terms of Service and accept them. I read a post of how one guy went into the iTunes store and purchased a song which brought up the Terms of Service on its own. When I tried this, however, I was greeted with a message that the iTunes store was currently unavailable, so I went into my account information, pressed "Reset Warnings". I then found a random song attempted to buy it and was was shown the Terms of Service, accepted them, canceled the song buy, and pressed the ringtone button. Worked fine.

Hope this helps anyone else who has this problem.
