How Can I Compress into RAR

is there a way to make a RAR file in OSX without having to use Terminal?
Or is there a file splitter?
I have to get a 6.5 gig file into fragments smaller than 4 gigs to put it onto an FAT32 external hard drive.

macbook pro, Mac OS X (10.5.1)

How strange I've never notice the lack of RaR applications before.

I was going to suggest UnrarX which I have used for several years, but that's only for expanding packages.

A quick search brings me to RaRME ( http://www.armelline.com/rarme/) which I'll download and have a go with, but short of the bloatware that is now Stuffit Deluxe, I can't think of anything else.
