Can I reassign Safari file associations?

When Safari downloads a bittorrent file (.torrent), it automatically launches a specific bittorrent client on my computer called Azureus. This client is no longer my preferred application, and I've changed this preference in the Finder's "Get Info" by selecting a new application (Transmission) to be associated with the torrent file type and clicking "Change All".

However, Safari still thinks Azureus should open torrent files. How can I tell Safari to use Transmission instead? Thanks!
