Can I Move my rules to a new iMac running Leopard from Tiger computer?

Can I Move my rules to a new iMac running Leopard from Tiger computer?

I have all my rules set up on a Power Mac G5 running Tiger, and I'd like to move them over to my new iMac, running Leopard. Is there a way to do this? I really don't want to go through setting them all up from scratch. It took forever to get them right! Thanks.

Hi,

if I recall correctly the rules are saved within Mail's preferences so copying over this file to your iMac should do the trick:
/Users/<YOU>/Library/Preferences/com.apple.mail.plist

Keep in mind to NOT have Mail open while exchanging this file...
