Installing iWorks 08 - Unknown Error (999)

Hi - i have a G5 running OSX V 10.3.9 / 256M of RAM. Just bought iWorks, go to istall and get the following error - > "The Installer Package 'iWorks '08 cannot be opened. There was an unknown error with the package (999)".

Any ideas on what could be causing this? Any help...much appreciated!

G5, Mac OS X (10.3.x)

Your Mac does not meet the iWork '08 System Requirements.

-A Macintosh computer with an Intel, PowerPC G5 or PowerPC G4 (500MHz or
faster) processor
- 512MB of RAM (1G recommended)
-32MB of video memory
-Mac OS X version 10.4.10 or later
-QuickTime 7.2 or later
-iLife ’08 recommended
-1GB of available disk space
-CD drive required for installation

aha - ok, thanks ali. so if i get Leopard that should sort it..right? but i definitely need to get more memory? sorry for the dumb question...

Tiger or Leopard is required.

Other than insufficient RAM, does your Mac G5, meet the Tiger System Requirements, or the Leopard System Requirements?

May I ask, did you order Tiger 10.4.x, or Leopard 10.5.x?
