GPO managment of Quicktime? possible adm?

I am hoping I can find a way to control quicktime features by using gpo's. like turning off the tray icon, or changing other settings that can be changed by registry keys. it would make updates easier if they had a custom adm file for gpo like google does for all of there enterprise products.

does anyone have an adm file or help me make one or know where i can find quicktime managment tools? does apple even have an enterprise version?
