Problem Launching iTunes 7.6 from Vista Quicklaunch Toolbar

For some reason any Vista PC I install iTunes 7.6 on fails to open from the quicklaunch icon or it takes a very long time to open. The "fix" if you will, is to run a repair on iTunes and it works fine. Wierd! I've had the same results on 10 PCs.

Anyone else having this issue?
