Missing Apple Loops

Jeez, i've had a crap ton of problems with Leopard. Here's the latest...

Nearly EVERY song I previously made in Garageband before the Leopard upgrade is missing loops. Ones like "Motown Drummer" and "Natural Drum Kit" just aren't in the loop browser, OR in the folder in Finder. Searchlight can't find them, Garageband can't find them. nothing. I've reinstalled Garageband (because originally, it would find old loops, but the loop browser would not show them. But they were in Finder in the correct place). Now it has a lot of loops, but not all of them. I just now reinstalled the loops, and still, a TON are missing. These are Apple loops, not 3rd party loops or user loops. Any suggestions? Its sort of ruined all my demos I've done in the last year. sad face emoticon.

Macbook, Mac OS X (10.5.1), its awesome. that's all you need to know.

not really. only because garageband never asks me if i want to add the rest of the loops. And regardless, I've inserted the disks that came with my comp, and custom installed JUST the apple loops for garageband. I can't imagine they'd be hiding anywhere else. I just like to try and solve all these kind of problems on here before i head to the Genius Bar. But I think I'll have to head that way some time...weird.
