Yes, for either the "Project" or "Event" window. Use the "frames per thumbnail" slider to adjust frequency/deatil of "storyboard" and select the "Print Event..." or "Print Project..." File menu option. (Note: File menu is context sensitive here. If wrong option is shown click appropriate window background to make the option you want active.)
