Archive iPhoto Book?

There’s no easy way to achieve that. However I’d recommend you follow Old Toad’s advice.

If you search you will find old Toads discussions of archiving books

Basically once you have done a book the only way is to make a copy of the iPhoto Library, switch to the copy (start iPhoto with the option (alt) key depressed) and delete everything except the book project and its photos

He recommends using IPLM before you do the book to create a new library only for the book and then use IPLM to move the photos you want in the book to that library then make the book and when you are done you are done - switch back to the main library

When you duplicate your entire iPhoto Library you will have the book and all the photos in the duplicate libraty - his tutorial tells how to easily delete the photos that do not pertain to the book you want to archive leaving only the ones you do want - the book itself is there as a part of the duplicatie library

and you don't need to do it under a different user - although that's ok

You can just create a new library, use it for a project and archive it to CD/DVD
