Age of Empires III on Macbook Pro 2007 edition

Hey Guys,

Need your help in getting the right thing. I am thinking of buying Age of Empires 3 for my MBP 2007 edition, 2.4 GHz (256MB VRAM -8600GT Nvidia card). But after reading on forums, I am confused between buying the MacSoft version of AOE III or AOE III for windows and install windows in bootcamp and play it that way.

Also, if I play the windows version in boot camp, will it put more load on the CPU and make the machine run hotter and fry my motherboard than playing it with MacSoft version. Is there any clear advantage of going with either version of the game (Windows or MacSoft). I am a recent convert and would greatly appreciate any advice from all of you veterans.

Thank you

Mac book pro 2007 edition 2.4 Ghz, Mac OS X (10.5.1), 2GB RAM, Nvidia 8600 GT
