OD Search Base & OD Computer Short Name

Ok, This is sorta twisted, but I'm just stumped.

I have an standalone OS 10.5 Server. It's running OD of course, but we had a small configuration problem. Our ISP didn't put in the reverse DNS entry properly. Now OD's Search base and the Computer short name in WorkGroup Manager all show the stupid DHCP assigned domain name for the old IP Address of the server before we got the DNS fixed.

I can't figure out how to change it. The SearchBase is not editable as far as I can tell as it won't let me make any changes. And I can change the computer short name in Workgroup Manager and it goes right back to what it was after you save it.

Help, what's the definition of insanity? Repeating the same action expecting a different result? I'm almost there.

Thanks
J
