Some says that we could install it from the original disc, but the disc is not with me now.. Is there any other way for me to get my safari back? Please help me..

I think the original poster misunderstood you, and thought you were claiming that one could download Safari from those two sites. But as was noted before, Safari for Mac OS X is not available for download.

Unfortunately, the original poster also noted that s/he doesn't have the computer's original discs at present, so Pacifist is of no help until the they become available.

I'm afraid there's no other way to reinstall Safari without the appropriate installer disc.

Safari 3 beta is no longer available as a download from the Apple site.
It is however, part of the Mac OS X 10.4.11 update.
You won't be able to run the update but you may be able to download Pacifist and use that program to load the update package and select Safari in the Applications part of the update and then install it.
I have not done this but can't think of any other way.
You could download and install Firefox, Netscape or some other browser until you get your disk.

If it is on another computer you can install it.
It is a drag and drop application.
If the Powerbook has Leopard then it has the right version.
On the Powerbook go to the Sharing preference and set up file sharing by clicking on the box.
Then on the Powerbook, click on the Airport icon and Create Network.
Don't require a password.
Now go to your Macbook Pro and go to the airport menu and join the other computer's network.
You may have to sign into the other computer.
Use the user name and password for the other computer since you are logging into it.
Choose the hard drive to mount.
Go to Applications and drag Safari to your desktop.
Once the copy is complete you can simply choose to disconnect from the network (in the airport menu on your Powerbook) and it will get rid of the network.
Then move Safari to your Applications folder.
