target warranty

i bought my ipod touch from target awhile back. and now im having alot of problems with it. does anyone know how long the warranty on the ipod touch is?

1 year, unless you bought AppleCare for it, then it is 2 years.

I worked at target. You get a 90 day return warranty WITH receipt. If there are any physical problems (faulty anything), you can exchange it out for a new one if they have it in stock.
