Problem with Remote Lock

Hi all,

Since buying my new ipod classic 80gb I have had problems with unlocking it with the remote.

When I pause it, lock the remote then unlock it the next day and press play nothing happens, and I have to physically unlock the ipod itself. Soooo annoying and defeats the object of having a remote pretty much.

Has anyone else has this problem?
