Soundsoap 2 breaks CD Spin Doctor
I have CD Spin Doctor (latest version with Roxio Toast 7.0.1). It works fine with no problems.
However, after I install Soundsoap 2, a real big problems arises. After SS2 is installed, if I use CD Spin Doctor to record, when I click ok to stop recording, the waveform never creates. Even though the sound is coming through the input, the waveform won't create.
I've reinstalled Mac OS 10.4.2 and first installed Toast again, with Spin Doctor. Works fine. After installing SoundSoap 2, the same thing happens, and I can't create the waveform of my recorded song.
I'm using the iMic, which I've used with GarageBand and CD SpinDoctor with no problems.
I'd like to know if anyone has any idea why SoundSoap won't let CD SpinDoctor create the waveform after I finish recording.
As long as I don't install SoundSoap 2, everything works 100%. After SS2 install, CD SpinDoctor breaks, as no waveform will be created to edit the input.
My sound preferences are set so my Bose speakers are my output sound, and my iMic is input. I have also made sure that my MIDI audio is set to 16-bit 2channel 44100.
If you have any suggestions, I'd like to hear them.
Thanks,
Bryan
