Hebrew language and Mac OS X

I run Mac Os X 10.3.9. Does anyone know if this OS has Hebrew in it?
If it does how do I activate it? How do I use it?
In a much older Mac I used to have the Mac Hebrew language Kit installed. Apple does not have that anymore but somebody told me it's in the OS X.
Is that so?
Any help would be appreciated.

Go to system preferences/international/input menu and check the box for Hebrew, plus the box for "show input menu in finder," then select Hebrew in the "flag" menu at the top right of the finder, and type. AppleWorks and MS Office cannot do Hebrew -- use TextEdit, Mellel, Nisus Writer Express, AbiWord, or NeoOffice/J. Mellel is probably best.

Also go to system preferences/international/languages and add Hebrew to the list using the Edit button.

Many, many thanks. I did what you said and I have Hebrew! Amazing. There is so much more to OS X then most people realize.
I have a serial connection keyboard. From my Performa. It has both Hebrew and English on it. If I get a USB adapter for it and hook it up to my PowerBook, will it work do you think? Will I be able to type in Hebrew?
And where would I get the Mellel application you mention? It's probably not a free download, is it?
I appreciate you taking the time to assist.
Christian Joffson.
