Cannot upgrade Bootcamp to 2.0

Cannot upgrade Bootcamp to 2.0

Orginally I was using tiger, but my fd helped me upgrade to leapord
then I wanted to upgrade my bootcamp from 1.4 to 2.0
but soon I found that it lost dvd rom drive on XP
and even I inserted the upgrade disc ,no response....
Anyone can help?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.5.1)

I think what you are saying, is that when you are in XP and insert the Leopard DVD that it doesn't show "BOOTCAMP" folder directory, and you don't see the Apple Setup.exe there?

You should, although some report that their Upgrade DVDs don't.

If that is the case, you need to take it up probably with AppleCare or Customer Service, to get a DVD that does.

but wtever disc I inserted, no respons ....
and I cannot c the DVD rom driver icon in "My computer"

Sounds like you expect auto-rum to work in XP and it doesn't or that you can't navigate to "D" optical disk drive.

If the disk works in XP, I don't see a problem. If you mean "it installed Leopard" well, that is separate.

the problem is I dun know it is work or not coz the driver didnt read it in XP
How can i make the DVD-rom driver work is wt I hope now
The upgrade disc works in Mac OS and be4 upgrade to leopard
the DVD-rom driver works in XP

I expected it auto-run ,but even I go to start and select "Run",
I cannot find the " .exe" to run coz there is no drivers read the disc....
