iTunes+Kaspersky Net Security 7

I am having trouble with iTunes and kaspersky.
When Kaspersky is enabled, NOTHING will download in iTunes.

If the protection is paused, iTunes downloads fine.

I have iTunes open to ALL net traffic (every port on TCP/UDP)

is there something I am missing
