Sync'ing iRiver Clix with the Mac?

I run both Windows Vista Home Premium and Mac OS/X 10.5.1.
I have an iRiver Clix which I enjoy tremendously. When I am logged into Windows Vista on the Mac, MS Windows Media Player comes up automatically and recognises the iRiver Clix. I can then sync music between the WMP and the iRiver Clix.
I would like to do the same on the Mac OS/X side. So I deleted iTunes. Then I plugged in the iRiver Clix and started Windows Media Player for the Mac. Nothing showed up in WMP. Then I tried Quicktime. Nothing.
What program do I have to use on the Mac side that will recognise the iRiver Clix so that I can sync music between the Mac OS/X and iRiver?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.5.1), BootCamp + Windows Vista Home Premium
