Clearing recently added folder

It is easier to sort my music if recently added playlist is empty.

How is it easier?

You can delete the recenlty added playlist or change the criteria in it.

There is no "recently added tag". The playlist selects based on how recently the song was added. I'm not in front of iTunes so I can't check but I think it might be using Last 2 Weeks as the time frame. You can either change that (File>Edit Smart Playlist) or, you can do what I did which was to create one that only shows what I've added in the last 24 hours. You could pick what ever period of time makes sense to you. File>New Smart Playlist and then select Date Added is within the last x days.

How do you clear recently added column in order to start another batch.

There is no Recently added column.
You don't remove songs from the Recently Added Playlist.
If it is set for songs added in the last 2 weeks, that is what it will show.
If you have not added songs in the last 2 weeks, it will be empty.

You can change it to Songs added in last 2 days {or whatever}.
