Fonts for MAC keyboard keys?

Somebody indicated to me that using the MAC OSX fonts,
you can actually type a MAC keyboard key, such as the
COMMAND KEY or the CONTROL Key. In otherwords, instead of
typing a letter, you can actually create a picture of
the COMMAND key (i.e. you might use this to create OSX tutorials, or teach people how to use the MAC operating system. In such instances, it would be useful to be able to actually print out the COMMAND, CONTROL or FUNCTION keys as they look on a keyboard).

If this is true, can anyone tell me how to access those
keys and symbols?

The system font Lucida Grande carries all of the keystroke glyphs.

I'm not sure if this option is available in Jaguar (as your system info shows you're running), but you could try this. Open the System Preferences and click on the International icon. Click on the Input Menu tab. Go to the bottom of the dialogue box and turn on the checkbox "Show input menu in menu bar". A flag will appear on the main Apple menu bar next to the clock at the upper right. Click on it and choose either the Keyboard Viewer or Character Palette. Choose Lucida Grande from the font list. You'll have to do a little hunting to find them.
