Help Browser not working

Hello,
My help browser/viewer is dysfunctional. It comes up completely blank irregardless of which application I seek help in. It hasn't been much of a problem, as I don't need it often, but it would be nice if it came back to life.

Any tips on restoring it to "helpfulness"?
