printer ALWAYS collates

Question

printer ALWAYS collates

Epson C80
10.3.9
No matter if box is checked or not in copies & pages, my printing is always collated.

Is this an OS problem or Epson??

Have an Epson C86 and never paid attention before but I believe that it happens on to me also using Panther.
After I uncheck "collated" I went to the "Summary" and the Paper Handling was listed as "Reverse" Don't think that should be true/
I'll nose around the Epson Support site and let you know what I can find.

Paul, that "reverse" in the paper handling is what did it. After I downloaded the gimp print driver I decided to check everything and found that was it. After unchecking I finally got everything to print as desired...don't know if "collate" works, but I suspect so...don't understand that "reverse" or why it's in the default settings.
