adjusting volume without buttons?

My iPhone got dropped, and landed on its side, denting the case just a little bit next to the volume buttons. Now, I can't use the buttons to increase the call volume. Is there any way to adjust the earpiece volume for phone calls without using the side buttons?

I can do it in iPod mode, but it doesn't seem to affect phone calls. Any suggestions?
