Question

Document Printed from web page prints small

I have an Epson Stylus C84 printer. When I print from any document it prints fine, except when I am trying to print from the internet from any webpage. The document only prints out 1 inch x 1 inch (approx.) In print preview it shows it that small also. Any answers?

Try deleting Print Prefs - search for files (File > Find) that start with com.apple.print and delete them and restart the Mac.

Thanks Greg--IT WORKED!!! I really appreciate your knowledge on this. I had contacted customer support from Epson and they had no idea.
