Mac OS X Tiger 10.4.2 Locking DCs

Hello,
I work in a corporate environment and currently we are phasing in some macintosh clients. Mostly G5's but there are some Mac mini's as well. However, recently we've been having some strange issues. As soon as a user logs into a macintosh with their domain account, it will log them in fine, but, it will lock their account on the Domain Controllers. Currently all of our domain controllers are Windows based, but the reason we pushed Tiger was for better Windows integration. It is as if they are entering too many bad passwords, and it is locking them out. I would greatly appreciate some feedback on this issue, and I'm wondering if it's happening here where else is it happening. Also, does anything think that integrating a Mac server would help in this issue? Thanks in advance.
