View ESPN360 troubleshoot

I am trying to watch live espn games online with ESPN360. I have followed the installation instructions and have installed all plug-ins, programs, etc and it still does not work. I can see the video selections to the right of the screen but they never play. Does anyone have any ideas as to why I can not view the videos? I know it is something to do with playing the videos on a mac computer. (Side note: I can easily play videos anywhere else: youtube, espn.com, yahoo, etc.) I have tried epsn.360 on campus with windows and have no problems what so ever. I have tried both safari and firefox as well.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
