Where is finder?

i need to locate the finder app so i can customize my mouse settings for when i am in the finder. where is the finder app stored?

The Finder isn't so much an individual application (like iPhoto for example) as much as it is a front-end for your system. Therefore it cannot be accessed like another application could.

I believe you wish to adjust some system preferences/control panel access? This can be accessed at any time by your Apple menu at the top left of your menu bar. Select the Apple logo and a drop-down menu appears. Select System Preferences from that menu and the System Preferences window appears. Often times this can also be accessed via your Launch Bar. It's the icon that looks like a box with silver gears in it (in Leopard) or sort of like a white light switch with a grey Apple logo (in earlier versions of OS X).
