HELP

HELP

i used my iphone till it said charge so i went and pluged it in and it shows the apple and vibrates every few seconds i tried restarting it but it wouldnt work and it shows up in itunes but i really dont want to have to retore it
any ideas?

i have tried charging for 20min. but it still doesnt work aso every few minutes it turns off and on

well i tired restoring it and i get error 1602

i think it is because it turns off and on every couple minutes

i am starting to think i will have to bring it to get repaired but really really dont want to so any ideas would be greatly appriciated
