moving finder icons and restart icon svp.

1. How do I move the Finder icon, I can't get anything to go to the left of it, is there a work around for this?

2. I am sure a while back I read how there was a way to get an icon to restart or put the computer to sleep when clicked and I would like that on my Dock. Anybody know how to do this?

Hello Hamper:

1. None that I know of.

2. At the risk of pointing out the obvious, both of those functions are readily available by clicking on the Apple icon in the menu bar and then selecting the function from the drop down menu.

Yea, but I've got this brilliant icon I want to use and thought that would be the perfect use. Plus not being able to move he finder icon is annoying.
