accidentally deleted Apple Mobile Device bin

after i updated my iPod touch, something went wrong and got corrupted on my computer. i figured out that it was some error in the AMDS bin, and my friend was with me and we accidentally deleted this bin... now everything is off and i can't get it back... any advice?? anything you have to tell me is appreciated (and i already know that i'm an idiot...)
