Neck pouch/case for iPhone

Does anyone know of a pouch with a neck strap that one can slip the iPhone into? I saw a woman on a plane with one once that was a faux leopard. She said it was made by Bottega which turned out not to be true (grrrr). Anyway. I my current phone is on a lanyard and it has saved me $$$$ since I don't drop it anymore. I can't afford to drop iPhones. I've given up on Apple adding a lanyard hole but don't want a case on the phone so am hoping for a neck pouch. Hope someone knows of one. many thanks
