Youtube Videos On Iphone Are Blurry for Mine But Not my Moms.

I once compared my iphone to my mom's and her youtube videos were much clearer than mine. My youtube videos on my iphone are very blurry! I also compared this to my sister's boyfriend's Itouch. What should i do?
