Blurry Movie

Hello All-

I've rented "The Village" and the picture goes in and out of focus. Suggestions? Can I get a refund? If so, how? TIA!

Go to your account, bring up the purchase history, select the rental and hit report a problem.

Not sure exactly what they do or how much they go into things. I've had a few credits for things and been told to try again at a later date.

No, none of us do, we all do it for enjoyment I suppose. For me it fills in time waiting for movies to encode and stuff to upload to the internet and that sort of thing.

Stops me having to sit through Emmerdale, Eastenders, Holby City, Casualty, Dancing on ice/water/sand/air, Celebrity Reality Crap of the Week, oh and it also means I don't have to talk to the mother-in-law if she's here.
