Dock icons are changed in folder but not on dock

I was trying to personalize my dock by changing the pictures...but now I don't like some of them and want to just put them back to the default icons.

Thanks to this forum, I was able to restore the default icons (command + X)...but on the dock, the safari and ichat icons are still the personalized one. My address book has returned to normal...but what should i do about the other ones?

I restarted my computer, clicked on them to activate them...but still no change. Like I said, they look normal in the finder...just not on the dock. Does anyone know what the problem is and how I can fix it? Thanks a lot.
