iMac from amazon.co.uk

Hi,
I was going to order an iMac from amazon.co.uk as they are only £759 compared to £799 from the apple store, but in the item description it says that it includes mac osx 10.4 which is tiger but in the customer reviews it says it includes Leopard!
Can anyone help!

I'd speculate that it would be odd to not have Leopard included now, but then they may be clearing older stock. Best to check with them:

Yes I was thinking the same.
I e-mailed amazon but they just quoted from the item description and told me to phone apple!

The up-to-date programme has now finished (which meant you could get a copy of Leopard for £6.95 P&P if your iMac came with Tiger). I purposefully bought during this time so I had the choice of both OS.

Apple can't magically see inside the boxes of stock at Amazon so I guess the £40 saving is the risk you take.

Dabs have the same model for £777.68 (link) with free delivery. (Dabs: 2GB extra for Intel iMac)
