iPod Won't Shut Off
OK,
I've already done the restart about 25 times and the restore and update. I've looked at past discussions on this matter and have found no solution. I even went to the local Apple store and spoke to a "Genius" about the problem, and he had never heard of such a thing. Is there a solution to the fact that my 30g iPod won't shut down when I press the play/pause button? Or, is this something that won't be fixed until the next update if there is going to be one for an older model? It would be cool if someone actually knew what was causing the problem. Oh, I almost forgot, the "Genius" checked the buttons to make certain they worked, so he didn't believe that the buttons where damaged. Any help here?
